This rig supports a maximum drilling depth of 500 meters and covers a borehole diameter span from 140mm to 350mm, fulfilling the vast majority of domestic water supply, farm irrigation and industrial water well demands. One unit can handle both small-diameter deep wells and large-diameter shallow wells, eliminating the need to deploy multiple equipment for different project types.2. Leveraging pneumatic percussion drilling principle, the rig achieves a penetration rate of 15–35m/h in typical hard rock formations. The power head provides a wide adjustable torque range of 7500–10000N.m paired with a rotation speed of 45–130rpm. It can flexibly match different drilling processes and formation conditions: outputting low-speed high torque for hard rock drilling, and high-speed low torque for soft soil and sand layers, to achieve optimal drilling effect under various strata.4. High Leg Stroke for Rapid Site Setup
Four hydraulic outriggers with a 1.6-meter stroke allow the rig to complete leveling and fixation quickly on uneven ground, without the assistance of hoisting machinery. This design shortens pre-drilling preparation time and enhances the stability of the whole machine during high-torque drilling, ensuring vertical accuracy of boreholes.
