Part 1: Pre-Start Daily Inspection
1. Overall Visual Inspection
Walk around the machine to check for cracks on the boom, bucket and body. Inspect all hydraulic hoses and connectors for oil leakage, and tighten loose bolts immediately. Check track tension and clear mud and stones stuck in the undercarriage to prevent premature track damage.
2. Fluid Level Check

3.Proper Parking
Lower the bucket fully to the ground and retract cylinder rods. Park the digger on flat, dry solid ground. For long-term storage, fill the fuel tank completely to avoid condensation and internal rust inside the tank.

1.First Service (Within 500 Working Hours)
Replace the oil filter, fuel filter and hydraulic filter, change engine oil, and retighten all critical bolts. Completing this break-in service is required to keep your factory warranty valid.
2. Mid-Term Service (Every 1000 Working Hours)
Replace hydraulic oil, flush limescale from the radiator, clean and protect battery terminals, and replace aging sealing rings to stop oil leaks before they start.
3. Long-Term Storage
Disconnect the negative battery terminal and cover the machine with a waterproof dust cover. Start the machine and let it run for 10 minutes every month to keep the hydraulic system well circulated.
